What happens during an ICT Health check?
An Ergo System or Network Health Check includes assessing your current infrastructure during an onsite visit, then putting together a series of recommendations, in a comprehensive but easy to follow report, detailing our findings. A Health Check can focus in on any area of your infrastructure, but will typically include:

From this we can paint a total picture of your current IT estate, with full network diagram, connections, speeds, server specs, switch make and model, uplink connections and speeds, quantity of machines connected at each location and much more.
Ultimately Ergo's Health Check, and the in-depth report created from it, will help you isolate key problem areas in your organisation's IT infrastructure along with specific recommendations for resolving these problems - including upgrades or reconfigurations.
