I’ve never heard of Ergo Computing!
You might not have heard of us before because we tend to use word of mouth to build our reputation. We rarely advertise. If you’d like to know more about us and to talk with one of our existing clients, just let us know.
So why do people buy Ergo?
Mostly because we believe in service and flexibility, and also because we’re a manufacturer. That means we can control the process right up to when the device is shipped. It means that we create and support our warranties. It means that we can train your technicians to carry out routine maintenance and repairs without voiding those warranties. It means we can preinstall software or your disk images. It means we can customise both services and hardware products and provide bespoke solutions. A reseller, what we disparagingly call a “box-shifter”, can’t do that, because doing anything to a boxed product voids the warranty.
Call us!
We are committed to personal service. If you call us you’ll talk to a salesperson dedicated to your area, or to an experienced support engineer. We don’t have a call centre. Our salespeople don’t earn commission, so they can focus totally on your requirements, rather than the hard sell!
You’re more expensive than the competition!
Well, there’s always that cliché: “You get what you pay for!” Yes, many of our products at first seem more expensive, but if you compare like with like, then add on value like quality and top-class technical support, in the end your investment is going to last longer, work better, be better supported and offer more peace of mind. Just ask our clients (or read some of the case studies). There are plenty of horror stories out there with which to compare us!
