The manufacturing process utilises a robot support and supply backbone ensuring that throughout every stage of the process the right equipment, parts and finished machines are available to complete the required operation within our ISO-9001 quality controlled environment.
Each notebook prior to despatch then undergoes two separate series of inspections and tests by our trained inspection personnel. Failure to perform any one of the tests perfectly automatically bars the robot from uplifting the notebook and sending it to despatch. For this reason we can categorically guarantee that every notebook leaving our facility was 100% checked before it is despatch and that it passed every test with flying colours.

Rigorous testing
We subject each notebook to a rigorous 24 hour burn-in process continually monitoring their progress with electronic sensors. Should a notebook fail, it is automatically uplifted and presented to a qualified service engineer who may be able to resolve the problem or authorise the building of a replacement machine.
