Integrated Management – Ergo’s commitment to our customers,
employees & the environment.
Ergo, from its inception, has always sought to provide its customers with
products and services which fully meet their requirements and throughout
the rapid growth of the business we have maintained our commitment to continuously
improve the level of service we offer.
But just as important to Ergo is that we continue to provide these excellent
products and services in a way that protects our employees and the environment.
We have therefore developed an integrated management system, the Ergo Business
Management System, which incorporates the requirements of ISO 9001:2000
(Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management Systems)
and OHSAS 18001:1999 (Health & Safety Management Systems).
Ergo's integrated Management System is also certified to the requirements
of PAS 99:2006.

Ergo Management Policy
It is the policy of Ergo Computing UK Ltd to establish and
work to processes which follow best management practices with the objective
of meeting all relevant legislative and other requirements and ensuring
the satisfaction of all our stakeholders.
The organisation's Business Management System will be the key mechanism
for achieving this and shall incorporate the requirements of the international
management system standards to which we are certified as well as reflecting
the sound management practices we employ. We will strive to review and
continuously improve all aspects of our activities to the benefit of all
stakeholders.
We are committed to controlling the health and safety risks and environmental
impacts arising from our activities. We will maintain safe and environmentally
sound working practices which ensure the prevention of pollution from
our activities. We will provide safe products and aim to continually reduce
the environmental impacts of these products both during and after their
useful lives. We will continually develop our operations to ensure safety
and minimise their environmental impact through the reduction of waste,
reduced usage of water and non-renewable energy sources and the reuse
and recycling of products and packaging. We will aim to identify and work
with environmentally-responsible suppliers.
We will ensure that all employees are consulted and educated in health
and safety and environmental matters and that they are suitably trained
and competent to perform their tasks.
This management policy is communicated to all employees through our intranet
and made available to all interested parties.
The policy is reviewed at regular intervals in line with our commitment
to continually improve all aspects of our business.
