If you have a complaint then please contact your account manager either
by phone or email. Alternatively you can use our
on-line contact form.
• We will then contact you within 2 working days of
receipt to let you know that your complaint has been logged and is being
addressed.
• We will contact you within 15 working days with
full details of how we propose to resolve your complaint.
And don’t forget to tell us if we’ve exceeded your
expectations. We can then ensure that those who deserve a pat on the back
– get one!
