Free2Teach: Online Support

Welcome to Free2Teach support

There are currently 3 versions of Free2Teach available. The first version uses Windows Server 2000 and went on to have an updated version created for Server 2003. The latest version (Free2Teach 2) uses Windows Server 2008 and features a redesigned user interface, new additional features and adds support for Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Due to the age of Windows Server 2000 most of the technical support documents are written for Windows Server 2003 and Server 2008, but because the version of Free2Teach for Server 2003 still uses the original interface design, some of the principles in the support documents for Server 2003 will still apply.

These documents are for self help only; if you require further assistance please contact Ergo Support on 0115 9144160. You will need an existing support agreement in place, but if you no longer have one, we may be able to provide support on an ad hoc chargeable basis.
