Ergo Computing UK Ltd is duty-bound to protect your privacy. We will therefore only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and its subsequent revisions).

We collect information about you for three reasons: to process your order (including authorisation of your payment), to provide you with the best possible service we can for as long as you own your Ergo product, and to help in recovering your property should it ever be stolen.

When placing an order, information you provide will be shared with our banking services and distribution providers to ensure your order can be successfully processed and delivered. We will only share relevant information with these parties, and all such providers are under obligation to ensure your information is kept private.

Unless you have given us your consent, we will not e-mail you in the future (except to confirm orders or reply to any message from you).

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

address
phone number (including mobile number)
e-mail address
credit/debit card details (this information will be deleted once payment has been completed)
product serial number(s)
