As MoD becomes more network enabled, utiliziation of COTS computer technologies to provide future capability will be harnessed. The training and retraining of personnel becomes even more critical as new and upgraded systems are constantly brought into service.

Computer Based (CBT) and Simulation Synthetic Environment (SSE) classroom training has become a key element in education, from basic maintenance procedures to tactical command training, computer based systems are being employed more and more.
