• Once received, we will attempt to contact all claimants to discuss the claim within two hours of receipt of the claim form at our claims office.
  
  
• For theft: Your Burnett's claims handler will then authorise our supplier to replace equipment to the same or similar specification up to and including the insured value. Do not arrange your own replacement, as we will not cover the cost.
  
  
• For accidental damage: Your Burnett's claims handler will ensure that your claim results in priority authorisation to Ergo to repair the equipment. Do not arrange your own repairs, as we will not cover the cost.
