The designed solution included a shared nothing server design, networking refresh, client device refresh, Office 365 development workshops and a tailored managed IT support service. During this time, Ergo worked closely with the project stakeholders to tailor the installation to the College’s individual goals, something that was key to the successful delivery of the project.
Additionally, both King Edward VII’s IT support team and staff force now have the ability to raise support tickets with Ergo’s in-house Support Desk. Ergo’s support agents are available on all of the Colleges machines, allowing for effortless remote support at a click of a button. The management team also have the ability to view all support tickets and their outcome.
Ergo’s relationship with King Edwards VII College is ever flourishing and this is due to a blend of remote support, infrastructure monitoring/management, strategy development and training workshops.
