Ergo Computing Returns Policy - Business
If you are wanting to return an item purchased via our website you will need to complete a returns request.
It’s important not to delay requesting a return following receipt of the goods, as there are time restrictions for returns/replacements depending on the vendor of the product.
You may request a return for the following reasons:
Damaged Goods
Must be logged within 5 days of receipt and the proof of delivery must be signed in accordance with the state of the goods.
DOA / Faulty Items
If an item has arrived dead on arrival, or is faulty, it must be reported to Ergo ASAP folowing delivery, Ergo will then advise on returns/replacement process.
Ordered in Error
If you have ordered a incorrectly or you have changed your mind you will need to complete a returns request. Returns are only accepted at the suppliers/vendors discretion and will incur a restocking fee.
Please note the following:
- Return policies/timeframes vary according to vendor/manufacturer
- Items that are not faulty must be unopened and in resellable condition
- Restocking fees may apply
