Our goals as a business are to nurture each of the Schools and the Trust as a whole, providing the best possible IT experience both now and in the future. We offer the Trust a complete relationship from design through to implementation, offering training, development and support. However, the journey is circular, not linear. It is very much a continuous relationship.
We understand that IT systems need to run effortlessly and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks are heavily reliant on IT, therefore it is imperative that IT not only works well, but is also future proofed. Ergo have designed numerous solutions for the Trust over the year and are continuing to do so.

Our involvement has also seen the implementation of enhanced teaching aids, the standardisation of hardware vendors and also a reduction in both expenditure and overheads.
Our engineers have implemented projects for the Trust from the design stage, all the way through to fruition. As with all of our projects, we have worked closely with the School representatives to tailor the installations to their precise requirements. We understand that each Trust and their individual Schools can sometimes operate differently. For example, Ergo have delivered bespoke SharePoint Online deployments for each of the Schools and the Trust under a single Office 365 tenant. This provides each School with their own contained environment, as well as the ability to collaborate with one another.
Providing technology and IT systems is only half of the battle. Ergo strive to ensure that staff and teachers are excited to embrace new developments rather than fear it. We work closely with the Trust to understand the mentality within each of the Schools, so that we can then tailor our training and development sessions. We have empowered key team members with not just knowledge, but also enthusiasm. When the benefits of using technology are clear to see the knowledge and adaptation spreads naturally.
As part of Ergo’s continuing relationship with the Trust, we provide a multi-layered approach to support. Our tailor-made support offering includes regular on site visits, pro-active monitoring and fault diagnosis. During onsite visits, staff have the opportunity to speak to our engineers face-to-face and build a strong relationship with an actual person. Since our support engineers are also involved in the installations and deployments, they have an in-depth knowledge of the systems. Additionally, the team also includes engineers of varied skill levels, thus issues can be easily escalated as and when required. Furthermore, we offer the Trust the ability to log in to our Ticket logging system so that they can keep track of their request.
Each of the fundamental elements of the IT life-cycle are married together by our ongoing relationship with Believe Academy Trust. Our technical architects and the account manager are continually listening to both our engineers and the Trust/School representatives. We also hold regular catch-up meetings with the Trust as an opportunity for both parties to review and make improvements, propose ideas and to discuss any work for the future.
