Returns Process

If you would like to return an item, please complete the request form below and send to your Ergo Account Manager.

Please note the following:

  • Return policies vary according to manufacturer
  • Items that are not faulty must be unopened and in resale condition
  • Restocking fees may apply

Damaged Goods

Must be logged within 5 days of receipt and the proof of delivery must be signed in accordance with the state of the goods.

DOA / Faulty Items

If an item has arrived dead on arrival, or is faulty, it must be reported to Ergo ASAP folowing delivery, Ergo will then advise on returns/replacement process.

Ordered in Error

If you have ordered a incorrectly or you have changed your mind you will need to complete a returns request. Returns are only accepted at the suppliers/vendors discretion and will incur a restocking fee.
